This company were relocating down south and occupied office space in George St. Over a two week period we dismantled and removed workstations, storage and chairs etc. This was over 2 floors using limited lift access and parking. The majority of the items were broken up. The metal was scrapped and the wood recycled locally.

Glenrothes Development Corporation
We successfully recycled through re-sale all the movable assets from their storage and office HQ in Glenrothes. This was completed over a 3 month period.
The task was to remove and recycle the surplus furniture from the entire building prior to their refurbishment. We were given a cost and a timescale to work towards. We completed the move within the budget and on time to allow their new furniture to arrive.
We were asked to come up with a solution in order to achieve a re-sale figure and move 1500 workstations within a 6 months period. We successfully sold on the entire stock to various universities within Scotland. The win-win meant nothing went to landfill and the universities bought more furniture for their yearly budget
